Well if you do, then you seriously need to consider checking some of these sites online out. Nowadays you can find almost ANYTHING online if you know where to look. Heck, even if you are a complete newbie and barely know how to turn the computer on, you can still find great live music for parties and a few of the Westchester NY wedding band online! You can hire these bands for just about anything. It doesn’t matter if it’s a wedding, anniversary, birthday party, bat/bar mitzvah, or just a fun night with all of your family and friends! It’s your party – you can do what you want!
I think a lot of people are under the assumption that because it’s a live band with real people that it’s going to be a lot of money versus a one man band aka a DJ. But actually this isn’t always true. Oftentimes you can find really good priced bands online that can offer everything a DJ can but oh so much more. For me, a live band seems more personable. Whereas a DJ seems a little “rowdier”. You are going to hire a band or a DJ for different reasons and different situations – it’s just the way it is. However, if you do hire a band you have a lot less stuff to worry about.
For example, with DJs you get a lot of repeat songs, especially if the part or occasion lasts a few hours long. You definitely won’t get something like this happening with a band. They will have set songs that either you pick out or they can pick out for you and I can assure you the only time you are going to hear a repeat is if you ask for it! Also, if you hire live entertainment it’s going to provide you with a great value for your money. This is going to be a super stress-free zone for you. Just let them play and enjoy the music. You don’t need to worry about anything else!
The hardest thing about all of this is going to be finding the right band to hire. This is why you are going to want to shop around and see who and what is in your area. One major thing I would suggest is to find a Westchester NY agency for wedding entertainment – and parties. These are going to be the people that are going to have the most experience. I did a few searches online and found some really need websites and bands. Some of these bands even have sound samples right on their website.
This is GREAT for you because you can hear what they sound like before you even hire them. So if you like what you hear – contact them and see what they can do for you. Talk to them about how many people are going to be there, what kind of occasion it is, what stuff you had in mind as far as music, goes, and MOST importantly make sure they are available and able to travel to where you are! Oh and by the way – just because these are live bands doesn’t mean they are going to play sleepy elevator muzak.
They can pretty much play anything you want. I did a little looking around and I found songs from Italian to Rock to Big band and Swing to 80s and love songs. So chances are if you want a specific type of music played – they can do this for you! Let’s get this party started!
